摘要
利用锆英砂、滑石和白云石等原料低温快烧(1 160℃)制备了白色亚光复合釉;利用正交实验考察了工艺条件对白色亚光复合釉面效果的影响。实验结果表明:当釉层厚度为0.5~0.6mm时,其釉面白度和光泽度效果最佳(即白度为73.5%,光泽度为28.7%)。釉浆颗粒细度对光泽度存在较大影响,颗粒较大时熔融效果较差,釉面粗糙无光泽,效果欠佳。本实验球磨时间以25min为宜,即万孔筛余为0.02%~0.04%。
The white and matt glaze was prepared at firing temperature of 1 140~1 180℃ using calcined talc,zirconium silicate,dolomite and quartz etc as the main materials.Effects of calcined talc zirconium and quartz contents on the properties of the white and matt glaze were studied.The results showed that when the glaze thickness is 0.5~0.6mm and the balling time is 25min(More than thousands of screen 0.02%~0.04%),the whiteness of 73.5% and glossiness of 28.7% for the sample are obtained.
