肝脏影像报告及数据系统(LI-RADS)的更新-2014版介绍 被引量：3

摘要 肝脏影像报告及数据系统(LI-RADS)是2011年首次发布的基于增强CT或增强MRI检查的肝细胞肝癌的影像诊断规范。第一版LI-RADS发布后,分别在2013年(第二版)和2014年(第三版)进行了更新。第三版更新诊断思路图,并对病变分类进行了优化、从而与临床常用的美国肝病研究组织(AASLD)和器官获取与移植网络(OPTN)制订的指南达成了一致,同时新增了肝脏特异性对比剂增强扫描的相关内容。本文将对2014版LI-RADS的内容更新进行讨论和解读。
