摘要
以二乙醇胺、P2O5、硼酸为原料,经两步反应制备了一种含硼化二乙醇胺磷酸酯的添加剂。研究了第一步关键反应的较佳合成条件,结果表明:当n(二乙醇胺)∶n(P2O5)=1∶1.4,温度为80℃的条件下反应4 h,并在80℃下水解2 h,单酯收率达58.2%,总酯收率达91.4%。通过对产品性能测试,证实该产品具有良好的抗磨性、防锈性和水解稳定性。
Boronizing diethanolamide phosphate was prepared by the compounds of diethano- lamine,phosphorus pentoxide and boric acid via two- step reaction. The better synthesis conditions of the first key reaction are studied. The experimental result showed that the yield of monophosphate reached 58. 2% and total yield of phosphate was 91. 4%,when the mole ratio of diethanolamine to phosphorus pentoxide was 1∶ 1. 4 at 80 ℃ for 4 hours and hydrolyze 2 hours at 80 ℃. The study showed that the product had good abrasion resistance,anti- rust property and hydrolytic stability.
