摘要
为了降低精馏过程的成本,运用Aspen Plus11.1模拟了丁酸乙酯,丁酸丁酯二元混合物的精馏过程,对混合物的进料位置、进料温度、进料压力对丁酸丁酯回收效果的影响,得到如下结论:混合物在第8块塔板进料,混合物进料压力为1 bar,混合物进料温度为40℃,丁酸丁酯回收效果最好,另外,模拟得到了丁酸丁酯回收塔的温度分布与浓度分布(液相)。
In order to reduce the cost of distillation process of butyrate and ethyl butyrate binary mixture,distillation process of butyrate and ethyl butyrate binary mixture was simulated by Aspen Plus11. 1. The influence of feed temperature,feed pressure,and feed stage on the recycle effect of butyrate was studied,the conclusion was obtained:when feed stage is 8th,feed pressure was 1 bar,the feed temperature of mixture was 40 ℃,the recycle effect of butyrate was best,in additionthat,temperature distribution and concentration( liquid phase) of recycle column were obtained by simulation.
