摘要
文章先整理通用评价指标,取得《中国大陆地区投资环境与风险调查》数据,再通过德尔菲法、DEA法、主成分分析法,对各个区域的投资环境进行评价并创新性地介绍了环境投资评价中的"木桶效应"及其运用。
The article first gets general evaluation index, and obtains the Chinese Mainland Area Investment Climateand Risk Survey data. Then through the Delphi method, DEA method, principal component analysis（pca）, we evaluatethe regional investment environment and introduce the＂barrel effect＂in and its application in the evaluation of investment.
