摘要
近红外光谱技术是一种使用简单方便、分析快速、不破坏样品的新型绿色分析技术,国外利用该技术对凹凸棒石进行矿物学研究的较多,但有关凹凸棒石近红外光谱的矿物学研究和矿物定量工作在国内却无报道。文章在前人凹凸棒石矿物学研究成果的基础上,对盱眙凹凸棒石黏土及其伴生矿物进行了中红外和近红外光谱研究,建立和完善凹土矿的矿物成分和凹凸棒矿物定量分析的快速检测技术方法。研究表明,通过中红外和近红外外光谱的分析,可以准确地鉴定盱眙凹凸棒石黏土的主要矿物组成,并用于划分凹凸棒石矿床的成因类型和区分不同矿区凹凸棒石;建立盱眙近红外光谱矿物定量分析模型,经凹凸棒石配制样品的验证,定量方法准确可靠,分析误差可控制在±5%,可以快速、准确地进行凹凸棒石矿物定量分析。
Near infrared spectroscopy is a new type of green technology, which is simple, convenient, rapid in analysisand does not destroy the sample. The mineralogy research of attapulgite is reported in the foreign countries, but theattapulgite mineralogical study of near infrared spectrum and mineral quantitative work at home are not reported. Basedon the previous attapulgite mineralogical study, the attapulgite clay and its associated minerals in Xuyi county areinvestigated by infrared spectroscopy and near infrared spectroscopy. The mineral elements and quantitative analysismethods of attapulgite clay are established and perfected. The results demonstrate that the main mineral compositioncan accurately identify, and the analysis can be used to partition the genetic types of attapulgite clay and distinguishbetween different attapulgite mining areas; the quantitative method is accurate and reliable in establishing Xuyiattapulgite near infrared spectroscopy quantitative analysis of minerals model; analytical error can be controlled in ±5%, so it can be rapid and accurate for quantitative analysis of attapulgite minerals.
