老年心力衰竭肺部感染患者舒巴坦应用的效果分析

Clinical effect of sulbactam on treatment of elderly heart failure patients with pulmonary infections

目的探讨舒巴坦治疗老年心力衰竭患者肺部感染的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2012年7月-2014年7月医院心力衰竭合并肺部感染的老年患者76例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各38例,对照组患者采用头孢曲松治疗,试验组患者采用舒巴坦治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果,数据采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果经过治疗后,试验组患者的细菌清除率91.67%,高于对照组的70.00%;试验组患者的临床总有效率为94.74%,高于对照组的68.42%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的不良反应发生率为5.26%,对照组为7.89%,两组差异无统计学意义。结论舒巴坦在治疗老年心力衰竭患者肺部感染的临床效果显著,能快速缓解患者的临床症状,值得在临床上推广。

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of sulbactam on treatment of elderly heart failure patients with pulmonary infections so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 76 elderly heart failure patients complicated with pulmonary infection who were treated in the hospital from Jul 2012 to Jul 2014 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 38 cases in each.The control group was treated with ceftriaxone,while the experimental group was given sulbactam.The therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups of patients,and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS 16.0software.RESULTS The bacterial clearance rate of the experimental group was 91.67%after the treatment,higher than 70.00% of the control group;the total effective rate of clinical treatment of the experimental group was 94.74%,higher than 68.42% of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.26%in the experimental group,7.89%in the control group,and there was no significant difference.CONCLUSIONSulbactam can achieve significant clinical effect on treatment of the elderly heart failure patients with pulmonary infections and rapidly relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
