头孢西丁在肛肠外科患者术后切口感染预防中的疗效分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察头孢西丁在肛肠外科患者术后切口感染预防中的效果,为肛肠外科术后感染的预防提供参考依据。方法选取2013年2月-2015年6月319例行肛肠外科手术的患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组152例,观察组167例,两组患者术前均应用抗菌药物预防感染,观察组患者术后给予头孢西丁预防感染,对照组给予头孢替安预防感染,比较两组间感染率及感染预防有效率,数据采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计分析。结果术后观察组患者感染率为8.98%,显著低于对照组的27.63%,观察组患者预防感染的总有效率95.21%,显著高于对照组的79.61%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肛肠外科手术围手术期应用头孢西丁能有效抑制感染的发生,促进患者术后康复,头孢西丁是肛肠外科术后切口感染预防的理想选择。 OBJECTIVE To observe effect of cefoxitin in prevention and control of wound infections after anorectal surgeries so as to provide reference for prevention of such infections.METHODS Totally 319 cases of patients who took anorectal surgeries from Feb.2013 to Jun.2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the control group of 152 cases and the observe group of 167 cases.Both groups used antimicrobial agents to prevent infections before surgery.The observation group was treated with cefoxitin for anti-infection after surgery,and the control group was given cefotiam for the prevention of infection after surgery.Then the incidence of infection and the efficiency of prevention and control of infections were compared between the two groups.Data were statistically analyzed by software SPSS 19.0.RESULTS The infection rate in the observation group was 8.98% which was significantly lower than 27.63%in the control group,and the total efficiency of prevention and control in the observation group was 95.21% which was significantly higher than 79.61% in the control group(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION Application of cefoxitin in the perioperative period of anorectal surgeries can effectively control infections,promote the rehabilitation of patients as soon as possible.Therefore,cefoxitin is an ideal choice for the prevention and control of wound infections after anorectal surgeries.
