过敏性紫癜患儿感染病原菌分布与对T细胞亚群影响研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的研究过敏性紫癜患儿感染病原菌分布及对T细胞亚群的影响,为临床诊断与治疗提供参考依据。方法对医院2010年6月-2014年12月诊治的110例过敏性紫癜发生感染患儿作为感染组,以医院过敏性紫癜未感染患儿180例为未感染组,同期选取健康体检儿童120名为对照组,比较3组儿童T细胞,数据采用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果 110例感染患儿以皮肤感染为主,共36例占32.7%,共分离出110株病原菌,以革兰阳性菌为主,共66株占60.0%;感染组T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+水平明显低于对照组和未感染组患儿(P<0.01)。结论过敏性紫癜患儿容易受到病原菌感染,且感染引起患儿免疫球蛋白和T细胞亚群水平异常。 OBJECTIVE To study the effect of pathogen distribution on T cell subsets of children with allergic purpura so as to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.METHODS From Jun.2010 to Dec.2014,110 infected children with allergic purpura were chosen as infection group and other 180 uninfected children with allergic purpura were selected as uninfected group.In the same period,120 healthy children were chosen as control group.The T cell levels of the three groups of children were compared and statistically analyzed by SPSS 19.0.RESULTS Among the 110 infected children,36 of them got skin infections,accounting for 32.7%.Totally 110 strains of pathogens were isolated and 66 of them were gram-negative bacteria,accounting for 60%.The results also showed that the serum CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+of the infected group were significantly lower than those of the control group and uninfected group(P〈0.01).CONCLUSIONChildren with allergic purpura are susceptible to infections,which may cause abnormal levels of immunoglobulin and T cell sunsets.
