摘要
党的基层组织是落实党的路线方针政策和各项工作任务的战斗堡垒。江汉油田有抓基层党建工作的传统和优势,一直把基层党组织建设作为一项强基础、管长远、固根本的工作放在突出位置,积累了比较丰富的经验。本文从实际出发,对油田基层党组织建设好的方面进行总结,对存在的问题做了梳理,对如何进一步加强油田基层党组织建设进行了探索。
The grassroots Party organization plays an important role in implementing the Party＇s policies and guidelines and completing all kinds of tasks.With rich experience in doing grassroots Party building work,Jianghan Oilfield gives top priority to this work as a task to strengthen its foundation and ensure its long-term development.This paper summarizes grassroots Party building work and explores the way of further strengthening oilfield grassroots Party organization construction.
