浅析信访积案化解的对策与建议

信访积案是指时间跨度长、处理难度大,案情复杂、久拖未决的信访事项。信访积案化解是当前信访工作的重中之重。基于信访积案的特点及成因,结合油田实际,从源头和机制入手,提出了齐抓共管,注重源头;以人为本,灵活化解;加强宣传,规范引导等化解信访积案的对策与建议。

Backlog of public petitions means the protracted petitions that are complicated and hard to be handled.This paper analyzes characteristics and cause of backlog of public petitions combining with the reality of Jianghan Oilfield.Suggestions are proposed to resolve such backlog.
