油田企业开展效能监察的探索与思考

Research and Thought of Implementation of Efficiency Supervision in Oilfield Enterprise

企业效能监察在强化监督职能、规范表率行为、提升管理水平、促进科学发展等方面,发挥着重要的监督、保障、预防和信息反馈作用。油田企业效能监察工作经过十多年的积极探索与不断创新,已经形成了一套科学严密、行之有效的效能监察办法和制度,但还存在一些问题亟待研究和解决,笔者就此问题进行了粗浅探讨,以期对实践操作有所助益。

Enterprise efficiency supervision plays important supervision,guarantee,prevention and information feedback roles in strengthening supervision function,standardizing operation behavior,improving management level and promoting scientific development.The oilfield enterprise has formed a suit of sound and effective efficiency supervision means and system in its supervision work through years of proactive exploration and continuous innovation.This paper discusses the issues urgent to be solved in hope to provide a guide for the supervision work.
