With the rapid development of the global economy,and brought the deterioration of ecological environment,renewable energy shortages, urban traffic congestion, geographical characteristics of convergence and other issues,Especially now that a lot of major cities cover commercial and residential property,there is a growing desire in a residential area has more greenery and landscape,more and more attention to the quality of residential environment. This paper analyzes the development trend of modern landscape design of residential property presented and make some better suggestions to improve environmental quality residential and commercial properties.
