摘要
成本控制一直是工程项目管理的核心问题,本文对赢得值法进行了全面介绍,阐述了其参数以及评价指标的确立方法,从组织方面、技术方面和经济方面提供了成本控制的措施,最后结合实例对赢得值法的应用进行了验证。
Cost control have been the core of the project management problems. In this paper,the earned value management has carried on the comprehensive introduction,expounds its parameters,and the establishment of the evaluation methods.It provides the cost control measures from the aspects of organization,economic and technology,and finally combined with examples of the application of earned value management is verified.
