摘要
对于施工单位,项目的成本控制,是项目实施过程中的动态控制。项目成本控制的好坏不仅直接影响工程的利润目标能否实现,情况较差时还会给单位造成方向性创伤。本文就施工单位项目成本控制过程不全面,施工单位项目成本控制没有责权划分,及不能正确认识施工单位项目成本控制中的开支对比与开源节流等相关问题做了分析,并提出了相应应对措施。
For construction units,project cost control,is the dynamic control in the process of project implementation.The stand or fall of project cost control is not only directly affect the profit target of engineering realization,the situation is bad when directional unit due to trauma. In this paper, the construction unit project cost control process is not comprehensive,the construction unit project cost control is not just a certain department or some things,and can not correct understanding of the construction unit of the project cost control related problems such as spending compared with open source throttling,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
