This paper expounded the present situation of new service system for popularizing agricultural machinery construction development from promotion of subject and popularization system, pointed out the existing problems in funding,professional quality and demonstration base, putted forward the countermeasure and suggestion through innovative collaboration mechanism, operation mechanism innovation and innovation promotion service to further improve the construction of the new service system for popularizing agricultural machinery.
