摘要
地膜玉米在增温、保墒、集雨、抗旱、灭草等方面的作用以及较高的单产水平使其成为宁夏山区旱作区域的支柱产业,目前面积已占宁夏玉米种植面积的30%,且有继续扩大趋势。但机械化生产滞后,难于取得突破性进展。在播种环节,因无适用机型,以人工点播为主,影响了地膜玉米潜力的发挥;在收获环节,因残膜影响秸秆处理致使现有机具难以推广。为此,建议农机推广部门,应通过机械化措施,着重解决残膜危害、膜上机械化播种和收获三方面问题,力争短时间内使宁夏地膜玉米机械化生产水平上台阶。
Plastic-film corn become the pillar industry of Ningxia dry area due to the function of raising temperature, keep moisture, rainwater harvesting, drought resistance, cut the grass and high levels of yield, at present, the area has accounted for 30% of the corn planting area in Ningxia, and has a tendency to continue to expand. But mechanization production is lag, difficult to breakthrough. In planting link, because there was no suitable machine, use the method of artificial on demand, to influence the exertion of plastic-film corn potential. In the harvest link, residual film effect straw processing,and the existing equipment is difficult to promotion. Therefore, suggested that farm machinery promotion department should by mechanization measures to solve the residual film damage, membrane mechanized sowing and reaping problems, to strive in a short period of time to make up the level steps in the production of Ningxia plastic-film corn mechanization.
