乳腺海绵状血管瘤一例

摘要临床上乳腺海绵状血管瘤较少见，笔者报道1例并复习文献，就其诊断及治疗方法进行探讨。一、临床资料患者，女，81岁，因“左乳肿块1个月”于2015年5月25日到无锡市妇幼保健院就诊。患者1个月前行健康体检时发现左乳外下象限一肿块，约蚕豆大小，未行特殊治疗。
