摘要 毛细管电泳-化学发光联用技术具有分离效率高、检测灵敏度高、操作简便、快速等优点,已被广泛运用于各研究领域。概述了毛细管电泳-化学发光联用技术的基本原理及应用特点,介绍了其用于金属离子、氨基酸、多肽和药物等分析方面的应用进展,并对其今后的发展趋势和应用前景进行了展望。 Due to their advantages of high separation efficiency,high sensitivity,simplicity and speediness,capillary electrophoresis coupled with chemiluminescence detection has been widely used in various research fields.In this paper,the basic principle and characteristics of capillary electrophoresis coupled with chemiluminescence detection were summarized,the development and applications in analyzing metal ions,amino acids,polypeptides,drugs and other aspects were introduced,and the development trend and potential applications of capillary electrophoresis coupled with chemiluminescence detection were prospected.
