月桂酰基谷氨酸钠促进油污染生物修复的作用机制 被引量:1

摘要 以十二烷基环己烷模拟矿物润滑油、以混合菌群为降解微生物,采用气相色谱法考察月桂酰基谷氨酸钠对十二烷基环己烷生物降解性的影响;采用气质联用仪、紫外可见分光光度计和表面张力仪分别对降解产物、降解过程中微生物生长情况以及月桂酰基谷氨酸钠对培养基油/水界面张力的影响进行分析,解析了月桂酰基谷氨酸钠促进十二烷基环己烷生物降解的作用机制。结果表明,生物降解过程中,月桂酰基谷氨酸钠先降解;月桂酰基谷氨酸钠可减小油/水界面张力,还可为微生物提供营养,加速微生物生长,两方面作用共同促进十二烷基环己烷生物降解。 Using dodecylcyclohexane as a model mineral lubricating oil,mixed microflora as degradation microorganisms,the effects of sodium lauroylg lutamate(SLG)on biodegradation of dodecylcyclohexane were investigated by gas chromatography.Furthermore,the biodegradation products,the growth of microorganisms in degradation process and the oil/water interfacial tension of the culture media were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),UV-visible spectrophotometer and surface tensionmeter.The mechanism of enhanced biodegradation of dodecylcyclohexane by SLG was also analyzed.Results indicated that,SLG primarily decomposed during biodegradation process,then SLG could enhance biodegradation of dodecylcyclohexane by reducing the oil/water interfacial tension and promoting growth of microorganisms as nutrient.
