摘要
采用富集培养及平板划线法分离恩施州渔塘坝硒矿区中天然高富硒微生物。通过在基础发酵培养基中添加不同浓度亚硒酸钠,筛选出一株高富硒微生物XS-1,该菌株培养物最高硒含量可达34 782.52×10-6。通过形态学观察及ITS序列分析鉴定该菌株为异常威克汉姆酵母(Wickerhamomyces anomalus),对硒具有极高的耐受及富集能力。
The natural selenium super-enriched microorganisms in Enshi Yutangba′s selenium ore area were isolated by enrichment culture and streak plate methods.The selenium super-enriched microorganism XS-1was screened by adding different concentrations of sodium selenite into the fermentation medium,and the highest selenium content in the fermentation products was 34 782.52×10-6.The microorganism XS-1was identified to be Wickerhamomyces anomalus by morphological observation and ITS sequence analysis.This microorganism has high tolerance and enrichment capacity to selenium.
