摘要 2014年7月至2015年1月,在南京市内秦淮河9个采样点采集水样,分析了内秦淮河水体中氮元素的时空分布特征,采用单因子污染指数法对内秦淮河水质进行了评价。结果表明:南京市内秦淮河水质为劣Ⅴ类水,上游水质优于下游水质;硝氮与pH值、总氮显著相关(P<0.01),氨氮与总氮显著相关(P<0.05);内秦淮河水体中氮元素的主要存在形态为溶解性无机氮,氨氮与硝氮含量在各个采样点的比例基本稳定在7∶3左右;随着时间的变化,内秦淮河水体中氮元素含量都发生了显著变化,采样点之间的差异性也随之呈现出不同的变化。 Water samples were collected from nine sampling sites of interal Qinhuai River in Nanjing city from July 2014 to January 2015.The spatial and temporal distribution of nitrogen in interal Qinhuai River was analyzed.Single-factor index of pollution was used to evaluate the water quality of interal Qinhuai River.Results indicated that the water quality of interal Qinhuai River was worse thanⅤcategory,whilst the water quality of upstream was better than downstream.Nitrate nitrogen was significantly related to pH value and total nitrogen(P〈0.01),and ammonia nitrogen was significantly related to total nitrogen(P〈0.05).The main form of nitrogen in interal Qinhuai River was dissolved inorganic nitrogen,and the content ratio of ammonia nitrogen to nitrate nitrogen in each sampling site was almost 7∶3.With the change of time,the nitrogen content in interal Qinhuai River changed obviously,and the differences among sampling sites also showed a different variation.
