我国农村水利建设现状差异分析及发展趋势研究

Research on the Present Difference Analysis and Development Trend of Rural Water Conservancy Construction

农村水利建设是个复杂的社会系统,受到自然环境、经济环境等多种因素的影响。选取2003-2009年的数据为例,以万元农业生产总值用水量、万元工业增加值用水量、节水灌溉工程面积比例、农村自来水普及率4个指标进行量化评价分析,表明地区之间农村水利建设现状存在着明显差异;进一步对7个典型省份农村水利建设的发展趋势进行研究,得出各地区基本一致的结论。研究结果为更好地发展我国农村水利提供了重要的参考依据。

Rural water conservancy construction is a complex social system,which will be affected by the natural environment,economic environment and other factors.This paper selects data from 2003 to 2009,taking ten thousand yuan water consumption of agricultural output,the ten thousand yuan added value of industrial water,the area ratio of water-saving irrigation project and rural tap？water penetration as the four evaluation indexes for the quantitative analysis,results show that the regional rural water conservancy construction situation is evidently different.Choosing the seven typical provinces to study the development trend of rural water conservancy construction further,it concludes that the regional development trend is basically identical.The results obtained can provide a reference for the future rural water conservancy construction and water conservation measures.
