控制沟道排水的半自动闸门设计

摘要 旱作物在不同生育阶段因根系长度不同而形成不同的降渍要求,不同生育阶段采用不同降渍标准,控制沟道排水水位是关键。现有沟道控制排水设施各有利弊,提出了控制沟道排水的半自动闸门新方法,可以实现沟道多水位的半自动控制。半自动闸门的工作原理主要是在闸门上设置几个排水孔口,依据旱作物在不同生育期的降渍标准与设计雨量,确定各排水孔口高程与孔径;实际应用中只需在不同生育阶段调控孔塞。半自动闸门具有设计建造简单、水旱作物种植田块均适用、操作方便灵活、经济实用等优点,不仅可以提高旱作物的田间墒情,也有利于保护农田生态环境。 Different stagnant dropping standards are needed for dry crops because of its different root lengths during different growth stages.In order to realize the different stagnant dropping standards.Drainage water level must be controlled reasonably.A new type of sluice which can control the water level of the channel automatically is proposed in this paper.Its function is realized by setting some drain holes in the sluice.The drainage hole's elevation and aperture is determined by different stagnant dropping standards and rainfall amounts are designed during different growth stages.The only requirement in real application is to adjust plugs of holes.The new sluice has many merits as easy designing,ability of the application for the farmland for both flood and dry crops,easy operation etc.It is believed that its application will not only improve soil moisture in the field,but will also provide a protection to the farmland ecological environment.
