传统与现代夹缝生存的女性缩影——基于女服装导购员的个案研究

The Miniature of Women Living in the Edge Zone Between Tradition and Modernity: A Case Study Based on Female Clothing Shopping Guides

女性服装导购员属于打工妹群体,大多来自农村。在社会转型时期,传统观念与当代思潮交相冲击的作用下,她们面临着工作、婚恋的种种困境。工作上表现主要是既要分担养家糊口的责任、尝试独立自主,又要生育子女和照顾家庭、做贤妻良母;婚恋方面的表现主要是走在未婚同居的前端,开放的背后隐藏着生理心理的暗伤。这些困境的产生,一是源于传统观念的根深蒂固,二是自身较低文化水平的限制,三是社会建构下性别的不平等。对此,个人、国家、社会应共同努力,突破困境,为女性发展提供支持。

Female clothing shopping guides belongs to migrant working girls, mostly from the rural areas. In the process of social transformation, the traditional concepts and the impact of the current ideological trend, they are confronted with the predicaments of work and marriage. On the one hand, at work, these women not only share the responsibility of the breadwinner, and try to be independent, but also take care of the family and try to be a good wife and a loving mother. While in marriage, they tend to cohabit before marriage, thus giving rise to both physiological and psychological hurts. These dilemmas lie in deep-rooted traditional concept, the limitation of inferior educational background and the gender inequality under the social construction. Therefore, the individual,nation and society should all make joint efforts to break the predicaments for the support of female development.
