摘要
为使Binder弛张筛动梁更好的满足实际工况要求,提出了一种基于ANSYS Workbench的优化设计方法。在ANSYS Workbench软件中建立有限元参数模型,施加以实际工况,对所设截面的形状大小等进行多参数优化分析;选取螺栓孔纵向与横向的距离以及截面与所设基础面的距离为优化参数,确定螺栓孔位置参数与截面之间的关系;通过形状优化模块对动梁外截面进行优化改进。优化后的动梁截面满足工况要求,为弛张筛的进一步优化提供了参考依据。
To better satisfy actual working conditions requirements of Binder flip-flow screen moving beam,this paper proposes a optimization design method based on ANSYS Workbench.The parameterized finite element model is built with ANSYS Workbench,and the actual working condition is simulated,to analyze the multiple parameters; longitudinal and transverse distance of bolt hole,and the distance between cross section and the foundation are selected as optimization parameters,the relationship of bolt hole position parameters and cross profile is determined; the outside beam cross profile is optimized with the shape-optimization module.The optimized moving beam meet the requirements of working condition.
