摘要
针对所属矿井和托管矿井为高瓦斯矿井、煤与瓦斯突出矿井和瓦斯矿井的实际情况,开滦集团公司努力构建"通风可靠、抽采达标、监测监控、管理到位"的煤矿瓦斯综合治理工作体系,推进瓦斯防治技术和管理创新,使瓦斯防治工作得到了明显加强,所属矿井有效风量率提高到87%以上,采掘工作面风量备用系数提高到1.8,瓦斯抽采率和瓦斯利用率分别由2011年的38%、16%提高到了47%、25%,有效遏制了瓦斯事故的发生,为开滦矿区的稳定和发展提供了安全保障。
To tackle with the problems of highly gassy mine, coal and gas outburst mine and gaseous mine, kailuan Group strives to construct the comprehensive working systems on gas prevention work, which are "reliable ventilation, sample qualification, monitoring and controlling, proper management", and it also boosts the prevention and management innovation to improve the effective wind rate reaching above 87%. Besides, the coefficient of reserve factor of extraction working face blast capacity has been improved to be 1.8, and the gas drainage efficiency and gas use ratio has been improved respectively to be 47% and 25% from 38% and 16% in 2011. Gas accidents have been sufficiently restrained and security assurance has been provided for the safety and development of kailuan Mine zone.
