摘要
针对新屯矿"煤与瓦斯突出矿井"现状,为了有效治理瓦斯,该矿制定了矿井区域综合防突措施和局部综合防突措施,研究了开采保护层和预抽煤层瓦斯为区域瓦斯治理措施,从工程设计入手,树立"一通三防"第一理念,优先通风系统合理、减少石门揭煤次数、开采保护层,沿空留巷,Y型通风不留煤柱方式开采,不具备开采保护层地区采取2号底板岩石巷穿层钻孔预抽条带消突,配合水力冲孔,冲孔后重新封孔连接抽采。结果表明:煤层瓦斯含量降到了7 m3/t以下,工作面回采期间上隅角瓦斯浓度低于0.8%,回风流中瓦斯浓度为0.4%以下,瓦斯治理效果较好。
Given the current situation of coal and gas outburst in Xintun Mine, related responsible person has decided regional and the local comprehensive outburst prevention measures, and researched the regional prevention measures of mining protective coal seam and draining the coal seam gas out in advance. Processed from the project planning and adhering to the principle of "one ventilating and three preventions", including reasonable ventilating system, reduced rock cross-cut coal uncovering, exploring mining protective coal seam and gob-side entry retaining. Y type ventilation way without coal pillar mining, areas without protective coal seam would adopt 2 floor rock lane wear layer drilling drainage stripe in DCS, accompanying with hydraulic flushing and reconnect extraction. It turns out that coal seam gas-bearing capacity has reduced below 7 m3/t and the gas concentration in upper corner during mining face remains below 0.8%, the gas concentration in the return current is below 0.4%, which indicates an effective result of gas control.
