Construction and achievement of comprehensive gas control system in Qianjiaying Mining Company

针对近年来随着采深增加、瓦斯涌出量逐年上升的问题,钱家营矿业公司在瓦斯防治管理中,本着抓基础、抓突破、抓落实、抓考核的原则,把瓦斯防治与安全生产有机结合,加强矿井通风系统、抽采系统、安全监控系统建设,应用瓦斯综合治理技术,使瓦斯防治能力得到了有效提升,回风流瓦斯浓度保持在0.25%~0.30%,工作面抽放率达到60%以上,为实现安全生产奠定了坚实基础。

With the increased depth of coal mining and increased gas emission, based on the principle of emphasizing on basics, breakthroughs, implementation and review, Qianjiaying Mining Company has combined mine gas prevention and control and safe production, enhanced ventilation system, gas drainage system and security monitoring system and applied comprehensive gas control technologies, which has improved its capacity to control mine gas, kept the gas concentration of return air current between 0.25%~0.30%, enabled gas drainage rate of mining face to reach above 60%. All of this has laid a solid foundation for safe production.
