摘要
工作面巷道支护关系到矿井安全生产,针对工作面的顶板覆岩软弱,极容易发生垮落冒顶,并伴有片帮和底鼓的现象发生的问题。为解决现场的生产难题,在数值模拟和理论计算的基础之上,采用非线性大变形力学设计方法对巷道的支护方式进行了重新设计,并对施工要求做了详述。最后对设计方案和施工效果进行了现场的观测,观测结果显示巷道的移近量得到了有效的控制,该支护方案可行。
Mining face roadway support is related to safety production in the mine. Due to the weakness of overlying rocks of the mining work, it is prone to roof fall, and there will be occasional nicking and floor heave. In order to solve the production difficulties on the spot, on the basis of value simulation and theoretical calculation, nonlinear large deformation mechanical design method is used to design the supporting way of the roadway, and the construction requirements are described in detail. Finally, observation is conducted on the design scheme and construction results in the mine.Observation results show that the displacement of the roadway has been effectively controlled and the supporting scheme is feasible.
