摘要 UC是一种慢性肠道炎性疾病，而IBS是一种常见的胃肠道功能紊乱性疾病，通常无明显的形态学和血液生物化学异常。UC和IBS的临床表现非常相似，鉴别诊断通常需要行结肠镜检查，但一些患者由于多种原因不能完成该检查，
