For that reason,the party committees and governments at all levels must enhance the political leadership and institution regulations for the election work of the village committees,thus helping the villagers improve their political and cultural quality,correct attitudes towards the election and strengthen the consciousness of the law and responsibility. Meanwhile,accompanied by strict organizational discipline measures,it can ensure the smooth implementation of the village committee elections.
