摘要
以山东大学(威海)辅导员队伍作为研究对象,对其30年来辅导员队伍建设情况,包括辅导员的性别、任职年限、学历、职业走向等进行调查。通过对已离职辅导员和在职辅导员两个群体的横向比较,梳理其30年来辅导员队伍的职业发展状况,研究分析辅导员职业发展特点,提出有利于辅导员职业发展的相关建议。
This paper researches the counselor faculty at Shandong University,Weihai,and investigates its cultivation in the past 30 years,including the gender,office tenure,education background and career trend,etc.By conducting a horizontal comparison between the former counselors and current counselors,it reviews the career development of university counselors in the past 30 years,analyzes the features of counselor career development and puts forward some related suggestions conducive to the career development of university counselors.
