区域协同发展背景下防治大气污染的路径探析——以京津冀协同一体化为视角

The Route Probing of Preventing the Air Pollution under the Background of Regional Synergy

在当下区域经济一体化发展的趋势下,如何借助区域发展优势,有效防治大气污染,已经成为区域发展的重要目标。以京津冀协同一体化发展为视角,结合三地大气污染和治理方面存在的问题,以法治化、规范化、高效化、科学化的手段为视角,对完善环境立法、政策,提高环境执法水平从而有效防治大气污染作探析。

In the current trend of regional economic integration,how to take advantages of regional development,prevent and control the air pollution effectively has become an important goal of regional development. On the perspective of synergistic integration for development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,combining with the situation of air pollution and controlling in the three regions,by the means of legalization,standardization,high- efficiency production,scientization,this paper analyzes how to perfect the legislation,policies and improve the law enforcement level of environment so as to effectively combat air pollution.
