宫腔镜电切手术用于子宫内膜息肉导致的异常子宫出血临床治疗分析 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨宫腔镜电切手术在治疗子宫内膜息肉导致异常子宫出血中的临床应用及价值。方法选取我院2014年5月—2015年5月收治的子宫内膜息肉导致的异常子宫出血患者92例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各46例,对照组采用传统刮宫术治疗,观察组采用宫腔镜电切术治疗。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.48%,显著高于对照组的78.26%,对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均少于对照组,且观察组患者脏器受损、子宫穿孔等并发症发生率,均低于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉导致的异常子宫出血效果显著,具有较高的临床推广价值。
