无菌体液标本检验前质量控制探讨

Quality of sterile body fluid specimens were discussed

目的探讨无菌体液标本检验前质量控制的方法。方法针对目前临床上各种无菌穿刺液标本的采集、采样、储存与送检、医嘱开立方法,提出合理化建议,并应用到临床中。结果选取2014年9月-2015年6月份512份脑脊液、胸腹水等无菌穿刺液标本,穿刺注射器直接送检508例,约占99%;这508例中,其中标本凝集或有肉眼可见絮状物11例,约占2%;标本溢洒4例,约占1%,改进效果明显。结论通过对无菌穿刺液标本检验前过程进行质量控制,方便了此类标本的送检,提高了脑脊液、胸腹水等穿刺液标本的送检质量。

Objective To do quality control testing before sterile body fluid specimens,the author of such specimens doctor set,specimen collection,etc. were discussed. Methods According to the current variety of clinical specimens sterile puncture fluid examination doctor opened,collection,storage,inspection situation rationalization proposals and apply it to the clinic. Results After sterile needle before fluid samples for quality control of the inspection process,to facilitate the clinician doctor open,standardized specimens sent chosen vessel,to avoid the risk of bio-safety inspection of non-hermetic transportation of samples for test specimens before special quality control provides reference ideas. Conclusion By sterile puncture fluid samples before testing process of quality control,to facilitate the submission of such specimens,improve the quality of cerebrospinal fluid,pleural effusion and other puncture fluid specimen submission.
