摘要
人才是医院参与竞争、实现发展的根本。实现医院人力资源管理信息化对提高医务人员满意度、提升医院人力资源管理水平有重要作用。当前,我国医院人力资源管理信息化建设存在管理模式落后、管理效率偏低、配套措施不完善、辅助决策功能缺失等问题。本文旨在梳理我国医院人力资源管理信息化建设的现状、问题,并为决策者提供参考意见。
Talent is fundamental for a hospital to compete and develop. Realizing information construction of human resource management in hospital plays an important role in improving the satisfaction of medical staff,enhancing human resource management.At present,information construction of human resource management in hospital is facing behindhand modes,low management efficiency,imperfect in supporting measures,decision support deficits and other problems.This article aims to sort out the status quo and problems of the information construction of human resource management in hospital,and provide a reference for policy makers.
