摘要 文章提出了一种X波段的幅相可调预失真器.该预失真器基于矢量合成原理,在传统的并联二极管预失真器的基础上改进而来,由两个并联肖特基二极管和一个移相器构成。通过调节移相器的相移量和二极管的偏压,幅相可调预失真器能实现5~10.5dB的幅度扩张和-30-40°的相位变化。这种特性使得该预失真器能可以同时改善固态功率放大器(SSPA)和行波管放大器(TWTA)的非线性失真。 A X band linearizer amplitude -phase tunable improved on the basis of traditional predistorter, and composed predistorter linearizer is proposed in this paper. It is of two traditional parallel Schottky predistorter and a variable phase shifter resistance,which generates the distorted signal. It is adjustable by changing the phase to generates variable distorted signal. Simulation results show that, the linearizer can provide 5 - 10.5dB gain expansion and -30- +40°phase change. That means that it can improve the lineafity of solid state power amplifier (SSPA) and traveling wave amplifier (TWTA) at the same time, has wide applicative range
