摘要
从永州市地理、水系、降雨特征及水利基础设施出发,分析了永州市洪涝灾害的成因、类型、特点,并从加强领导、科学调度、宣传教育、密切监测、落实责任等方面提出了永州市洪涝灾害防御对策。
In regard of geographical, hydrographic and precipitation characteristics as well as water conservancy infrastructure,the cause, type and character of flood disaster in Yongzhou are analyzed, and the countermeasures are proposed in strengthening leadership, scientific control, publicity and education, close monitoring and responsibility implementation.
