连续护理模式应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者干预效果探讨

The effect of continuous nursing mode on the pregnancy outcome of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的分析连续护理模式对妊娠期糖尿病患者的干预效果。方法选择2013年6月—2014年11月我院收治的82例妊娠期糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组各41例,其中试验组患者采用连续护理,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察2组患者的临床护理情况。结果 82例妊娠期糖尿病患者的疾病症状均获得了明显改善,试验组患者的满意度为95.1%,而对照组患者的满意度仅为82.9%,2组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论连续护理模式在妊娠期糖尿病患者中干预效果显著,能够极大地改善疾病情况,帮助患者有效提升妊娠质量,值得推广与应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of continuous nursing model in the pregnancy outcome of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods From June 2013 2014 to November,82 cases of gestational diabetes patients were divided into experimental group and control group,41 cases in experimental group and control group were treated with continuous nursing mode,the control group were treated with conventional nursing mode,the clinical nursing of two groups were observed.Results In this clinical nursing process,82 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients with disease symptoms were significantly improved,the patients were discharged after 3 months of clinical nursing satisfaction survey,the experimental group of patients with satisfactory degree was 80.5%,the experimental group of patients with obvious advantages,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）,with statistical significance.Conclusion Continuous nursing mode in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM pregnancy outcome in the clinical intervention effect was to greatly improve pregnancy disease in patients with diabetes mellitus,help patients improve the quality of pregnancy and to improve the quality of patients with pregnancy and in our future pregnancy diabetes clinical nursing diagnosis and treatment process is worthy of popularization and application.
