骨科围术期患者抗菌药物应用情况调查分析

320 cases of orthopedic perioperative antimicrobial drug use evaluation and analysis

目的通过对骨科围术期患者抗菌药物使用情况进行分析,评价其用药合理性。方法随机抽取我院2014年3月—10月骨科手术病例320例,采用回顾性分析方法,对患者抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计分析,评价用药合理性。结果 320例中使用抗菌药物129例,使用率40.31%。无指征使用抗菌药物22例,占17.05%;预防使用抗菌药物选择不当19例,占14.73%;抗菌药物联合使用不合理2例,占1.55%;预防给药时机不当36例,占27.91%;预防用药疗程过长97例,占75.19%;抗菌药物给药次数不合理11例,占8.53%;单次给药剂量不合理37例,占28.68%。结论骨科存在不合理围术期预防性抗菌药物应用情况,应进一步采取相关措施加以干预和规范。

Objective By the use of antibacterial agents in orthopedic perioperative patients were analyzed,and evaluate its rationality.Methods Randomly chosen from march to October in 2014 cases,320 cases of orthopedic surgery,using retrospective analysis method,the statistical analysis of the usage of antibiotics rationality evaluation of drug use.Results Use of antibacterial drugs in 320 cases of 129 cases,40.3% utilization. No indications using antibacterial drugs 22 cases,17.05%. Prevent incorrect use of antimicrobial agents 19 cases,14.73%.The inappropriate use of antimicrobial agents combined in 2 cases,1.55%. Prevent improper dosing time 36 cases,accounting for 27.91%.Prevention with medication long 97 cases,accounting for 75.19%.Antimicrobial drug delivery times is unreasonable in11 cases,8.53%. A single dose not reasonable 37 cases,28.68%.Conclusion Orthopaedic exist unreasonable perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics and should take further measures to intervene and specification.
