环乳晕切口在乳腺皮下腺体切除术中的临床应用

Clinic application of breast subcutaneous mastectomy with loop periareolar incision

目的探讨环乳晕切口在乳腺皮下腺体切除术中的可行性。方法 30例患者采用环乳晕切口,完整切除乳腺腺体,观察术后患者的美容效果、Ⅰ期愈合率及术后乳头勃起、乳头乳晕是否感觉正常。结果30例患者手术均获得成功,术后未出现严重并发症,术后美容效果良好,患者均较满意。结论环乳晕切口乳腺皮下腺体切除术是一种美容效果良好、术后并发症少且安全可靠的外科手术方法。

Objective To discuss the reasonable treatment of breast subcutaneous mastectomy with loop periareolar incision.Methods 30 patients were operated by this method,A follow-up was done to evaluate the post-operation comlications.Results 30 cases were succesfully operated,patients with fewer complications,and get satisfactory surgical results.Conclusion Breast subcutaneous mastectomy with loop periareolar incision can reduce the occurrence of complication of patients,patient satisfaction is high,it＇s worth using widely in clinic.
