摘要
目的探讨护理绩效考核在妇幼保健专科医院的应用效果。方法以护理工作量、护理质量、岗位系数、护理层级系数为关键指标,赋予其不同的分值权重,对护理绩效考核实施前后,护理人员离职率、护理质量、护士满意度和患者满意度进行对比分析,评价实施绩效考核的效果。结果实施护理绩效考核后,护理人员离职率降低,护理质量得到明显改善,护理人员和患者满意度提高,与实施前比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绩效考核应用在妇幼保健专科医院可显著提高护理质量,增加护理人员和患者满意度,降低护理人员离职率。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing performance appraisal in the maternity and child health care hospital.Methods In order to appraised the effect of the nursing performance evaluation,we set nursing work,nursing quality,post coefficient,care level coefficient as the key indicator,and giving different weight score,compared the nursing staff turnover rate,nursing quality,nurse satisfactory and patient satisfactory before and after the implementation of nursing performance appraisal.Results After implementation of the nursing performance appraisal,rate of nursing staff turnover was dropped,quality of care,nursing staff and patient satisfaction was dramatically improved. There is statistical difference before and after implementation it.Conclusions Nursing performance appraisal in maternity and child health care hospital can significantly improve the quality of nursing,increase nursing staff and patient satisfaction,reduce staff turnover rate.
