彩色多普勒超声诊断胎盘植入的临床分析

Color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of placenta increta clinical analysis

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断胎盘植入的准确性。方法收集2010年1月—2015年1月我院治疗的20例胎盘植入患者,分析孕妇产前的彩色多普勒超声表现。结果本组20例孕妇均进行超声诊断,其中13例在检查中诊断或怀疑为胎盘植入,诊断符合率为65%。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断在完全性植入胎盘方面的符合率较高,有一定的推广应用价值。而在穿透性和粘连性胎盘诊断中符合率不高,还需要结合其他的方法进行确认。

Objective To investigate the color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of placenta increta clinical analysis.Methods Collected from January 2010 to January 2010 in our treatment of 20 patients with placenta increta,analysis of prenatal colour to exceed performance.Results The study in 20 cases of pregnant women were ultrasonic diagnosis,including 13 cases diagnosed or suspected as placenta implantation in the inspection,the diagnosis coincidence rate is 65%.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound diagnosis in implanted placenta diagnosis coincidence rate is higher,has certain application value. In penetrating and adhesive placenta diagnosis coincidence rate is not high,also need to combined with other methods for confirmation.
