摘要
目的探讨重症医学科(ICU)高位截瘫患儿的心理护理及干预措施。方法选择我院2009年3月—2015年6月收治的33例高位截瘫患儿,分析其心理反应,并进行早期心理护理干预。结果经过ICU精心细致的治疗和护理,33例患儿无1例死亡,其基本生理功能恢复正常或部分恢复,均顺利转入后期康复治疗。结论早期介入心理护理对高位截瘫患儿的治疗和康复有积极的促进作用。
Objective To explore the high paraplegia children patients early psychological nursing. Methods select auto accident hospitals in March 2009 to June 2015 are treated in 33 cases of children with paraplegia analyze their psychological reactions and psychological care for early intervention.Results After careful and meticulous ICU treatment and care,33 cases of children with no deaths,the basic physiological function returned to normal or partially restored,were successfully transferred to post-rehabilitation treatment.Conclusions Early psychological intervention in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with high paraplegia has a positive effect.
