摘要
津秦铁路客运专线新立梁场位于天津市东丽区新立镇东大桥村,提梁站紧邻既有津山铁路,提梁机安装高度35m,提梁机支腿高29m,距离既有铁路护栏21.4m,并且地质条件差,地基承载力低。为防止450t提梁机在安装拆解过程中倾覆,造成铁路安全事故,通过主要机具选择、场地地基承载力检算,大型主吊机起重能力计算,支腿缆风绳受力,地锚技术要求、垫块计算等方面来阐述在复杂工况下拆解450t提梁机时施工机具的稳定性分析与计算。
Jinqin passenger railway in Xinli girder plant is located in Dongdaqiao Village,Xinli Town,Dongli District,Tianjin,which is next to Jinshan Railway.The girder machine is 35 meters high with 29 meters high of supporting legs.It is only 21.4 meters away from both rail fences,and has the disadvantages of poor geological conditions,and low bearing capacity.In order to prevent the 450 tons girder from capsizing in the process of installation and dismantling which causes the rail safety accident,we make the stability analysis and calculation on disassembling machine 450 Tgirder under complicated working condition through selecting main equipment,checking the foundation bearing capacity,calculating the lifting capacity of large main crane,the wind rope stress of leg cable,the technical requirements of anchoring,and the block.
