高校学生社区管理模式的重构实践与发展研究——以湖州职业技术学院为例

On Reconstruction Practice and Development Study of Management Mode of Students Community in Colleges——A Case Study of Huzhou Vocational and Technological College

高校应进一步研究高等教育大众化、后勤管理社会化、学生成长发展自主化以及班级管理寝室化形势下的学生社区管理工作。在准确认识学生社区主体和客体特点的基础上,从注重管理服务、思想教育和自我管理的角度出发,构建一个融"教育与生活相结合""管理与服务相结合""自治与成长相结合"于"三位一体"的学生社区管理新模式。

Universities should further study the students＇ community management under the situation of the popularization of higher education,the socialization of logistics management,the self-independence of students＇ growth development,and the class management focusing on dormitory.On the basis of accurate understanding student community subject and object features,from a point of view of focusing on service management,colleges should pay attention to the ideological education and self management to build a new pattern of student community management,that is to combine＂education and life＂,＂management and service＂as well as＂autonomy and growth＂.
