大学生思想政治教育立法问题分析——以湖州职业技术学院为例

On Legislative Problems of Ideological and Political Education in College——Based on Huzhou Vocational and Technological College

大学生思想政治教育是国内一项重要的议题,其政策体系是以中央16号文件为核心的一系列实施和评测体系。纵观国家教育相关立法,大学生思想政治教育呈现法律原则不到位、立法水平不高和力度不强等问题。为了促进大学生思想政治教育法制化,以湖州职业技术学院为例,从健全大学生思想政治教育法制、学生主体参与、德治与法制结合等方面进行大学生思想政治教育法制化探讨,提出了明确立法目标、改进立法思路、以德治学和依法治校有效结合等建议。

College students＇ ideological and political education is an important issue in China.It is based on a series of implementation and evaluation systems which take the Central Document No.16 as core.By making a comprehensive survey on the national education legislation,we find out many problems,like a not-in-place legal principle,a low legislative level and a weak legislation.Taking Huzhou VocationalTechnological College as an example,in order to promote the legalization,we probe into the ideological and political education by perfecting its legal system,students＇ active participation,combining the morality and the legality together.Finally we put forward some suggestions,like making the legislative goal clear,improving the idea of legislation,and managing colleges by morality and legality and so on.
