中职汽修专业现代学徒制一体化育人的新探究

New Exploration on Integrated Education of Modern Apprenticeship in Automobile Maintenance Profession of Secondary Vocational School

现代学徒制是通过学校、企业的深度合作与教师、师傅的联合传授,对学生以技能培养为主的现代人才培养模式。中职汽修专业实施现代学徒制人才培养面临着师资紧缺、专业设备少、汽修企业规模小等诸多困难,应采用招生即招工、联合培养及校企一体化育人等手段和方法,才能更好地实施现代学徒制这种新型职业教育人才培养模式,达到预期培养目标。

The modern apprenticeship is a model that is aimed at training students＇ skills through cooperation between schools and enterprises at the same time.It is carried out by both teachers and skilled workers in these enterprises.At present,vocational schools are facing many difficulties such as the lack of needed teachers and necessary equipments and the small scale of automobile maintenance profession.These problems can be solved by the means of treating enrolling students in the way that enterprises recruit employees and educating talents together with enterprises.Only through that,can we implementing the model under the modern educational system and achieve the expected goals.
