摘要
本文以天津中新生态城公屋项目高层被动式住宅建筑为例,详细介绍了PHPP软件在被动式建筑设计优化及设备选型中的重要作用。PHPP是一款专门针对德国被动房的负荷及能耗计算软件,也是被动式建筑项目设计咨询过程中重要的辅助工具。本项目设计中以PHPP计算结果为依据,首先确定建筑热工及设备的各项基本参数,并找出设计难点;再通过对技术参数的敏感性分析,辨明主次把握重点;最后综合考虑各方面技术和经济因素,进行最终设计优化和设备选型。以PHPP为代表的能耗计算软件,能够帮助在建筑热工和设备选型方面确定最优方案,满足被动式建筑标准的各项技术要求,实现设计阶段对被动式建筑的质量控制目标。
This study presented the important role of computational tool PHPP in the process of design optimization and equipment selection for a passive residential high-rise building in Sino-Singapore eco-city,Tianjin. PHPP is a powerful tool for guidance of passive building design. In this study,building envelope thermal parameters and equipment performance factors were pre-selected to identify the key design issues. Then technical parameters were prioritized after sensitivity analysis to facilitate further design optimization. The thermal parameters of building envelope and performance parameters of equipment could be optimized and determined with consideration of other non-technical factors. Presently,optimized building plan to satisfy the mandatory index of passive building can be realized by referring to the calculation results of computational software,e. g. PHPP in this study,thereafter to achieve the quality assurance objectives for such high performance passive buildings.
